Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of all cash, card, and other payment transactions against sales records.
- Prepare and verify daily bank deposits, ensuring accuracy and adherence to banking schedules.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or variances in daily financial reports, escalating issues as necessary.
- Maintain strict security protocols for all cash office operations and cash handling procedures.
- Process petty cash requests and maintain accurate records of all disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly cash office reports to management.
- Liaise with store management and banking institutions to resolve operational queries.
- Assist with periodic internal and external audits by providing accurate financial documentation.
