Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, and other industrial engineering methodologies to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
- Utilize statistical analysis and data modeling to quantify process performance, predict outcomes, and support data-driven recommendations.
- Design and implement improved facility layouts, material flow systems, and production planning strategies (remotely, using appropriate software).
- Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and facilitate change management.
- Develop and deliver training programs on new processes, tools, and best practices to ensure successful adoption.
- Research and recommend new technologies, automation solutions, and software to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Contribute to the development of robust performance metrics and KPIs to monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions.

Required Skills
