Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive sustainability assessments and gap analyses for clients across various sectors.
- Develop and implement tailored sustainability strategies, roadmaps, and action plans.
- Advise clients on ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and data collection methodologies.
- Perform carbon footprinting, lifecycle assessments, and identify greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction opportunities.
- Research and monitor emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and proposals for diverse client stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on sustainability topics and best practices.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
- Support business development activities through proposal writing and client engagement.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (4+ years) in sustainability consulting or a related corporate sustainability role.
- Strong understanding of ESG principles, frameworks (GRI, SASB), and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in carbon accounting methodologies and GHG emissions calculations.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work independently in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated client relationship management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
