Key Responsibilities
- Embody the brand mascot character with energy, enthusiasm, and authenticity at various events.
- Engage with audiences of all ages, including posing for photos, high-fives, and non-verbal interactions.
- Perform choreographed routines or improvise movements as required.
- Maintain consistent character portrayal and brand image during all appearances.
- Work collaboratively with event staff and marketing teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and take necessary breaks while in costume.
- Assist with costume care and maintenance when required.
- Represent Hiring.zycto professionally and positively at all times.
Required Skills
- Excellent physical stamina and endurance (ability to wear a full costume for extended periods).
- Strong non-verbal communication and expressive physical acting skills.
- Ability to improvise and adapt to varying crowd dynamics and environments.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
- Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for entertaining.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a mascot performer, character actor, or in a similar entertainment role.
- Background in theatre, dance, sports, or performance arts.
- A valid G driver's license and access to reliable transportation (for event travel).
- First Aid/CPR certification (asset, but not required).
