Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior loan officers in conducting initial client consultations to understand financial needs and objectives.
- Gather and verify necessary financial documentation from applicants, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and process loan application documents in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on application status and answering preliminary queries.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all relevant financial regulations, compliance standards, and internal company policies.
- Support clients throughout the entire loan application journey, from initial inquiry to final approval.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential client records within our CRM system.
- Collaborate proactively with internal teams, including underwriting and processing, to ensure smooth loan progression.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions to enhance industry knowledge and skills.
