As a Barber with Hiring.zycto, you will be instrumental in shaping our clients’ looks and overall experience. Your expertise will cover a wide range of services, including classic and contemporary haircuts, fades, beard trims and shaping, straight razor shaves, and other male grooming treatments. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional barbering services, including classic and contemporary haircuts, fades, shaves, and beard trims.
- Consult with clients to determine their desired styles and provide professional recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized workstation in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest barbering trends, techniques, and products.
- Manage appointments efficiently and effectively using salon booking systems.
- Promote and sell retail grooming products to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.
Required Skills
- Valid Barber's License in Louisiana.
- Proven experience in various cutting techniques (e.g., fades, tapers, scissor cuts).
- Proficiency in beard grooming and straight razor shaves.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends.
