Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conceptual design through to construction documentation, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that meet client objectives, functional requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare comprehensive architectural drawings, specifications, and reports using advanced BIM and CAD software.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, interior designers, and consultants, in a virtual environment.
- Conduct virtual client presentations, manage feedback cycles, and ensure strong client relationships are maintained.
- Oversee the development of technical drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant building codes, planning policies, and industry best practices.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architectural staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and standards within the firm.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
