Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor, providing excellent customer service.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and performing general upkeep.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, verifying counts, and organizing storage areas.
- Answer customer inquiries about products, services, and promotions with detailed and helpful information.
- Support loss prevention efforts by being vigilant and reporting suspicious activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs.
