Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of brand managers and marketing specialists.
- Conduct in-depth market research and consumer analysis to identify actionable insights and opportunities.
- Manage brand P&L, budgets, and forecasting to achieve profitability targets and optimize ROI.
- Drive product innovation and portfolio expansion in collaboration with R&D and product development teams.
- Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, retail, traditional).
- Monitor brand performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics to senior leadership.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all consumer touchpoints and communication channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, R&D, and other departments to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain brand competitiveness.
Required Skills
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in brand management within the CPG industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive market share and revenue.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with direct experience mentoring and developing direct reports.
- Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and financial forecasting for large brand portfolios.
