Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, including recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Drive sales growth and profitability through effective merchandising, inventory control, and customer service strategies.
- Manage store budgets, labor costs, and financial reporting to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
- Ensure outstanding customer service, resolving customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrink and protect company assets.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share information, and celebrate successes.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and processing merchandise.
- Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed.
