Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve departmental goals and improve key performance indicators.

  • Monitor inventory levels, ensure accurate stock management, and minimize waste.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service delivery, resolving escalated issues promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs for team members.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with other department managers and senior leadership to ensure cohesive operations and achieve overall business objectives.

Required Skills
