Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, providing menus and daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all dietary requirements and special requests are communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Monitor dining tables, anticipate guest needs, and promptly respond to requests.
- Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash and card transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other front-of-house team members.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and beverage offerings.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
