Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and potential entry points.
  • Implement pest management solutions using approved methods, equipment, and environmentally responsible products.
  • Educate clients on pest prevention strategies, proper sanitation, and safe practices for long-term control.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of services performed, products used, and client interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction professionally.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines, industry standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage and maintain company equipment and assigned vehicle in good working order and cleanliness.
  • Participate actively in ongoing training sessions and professional development to stay current with best practices.

Required Skills

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a daily schedule, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail to identify pest activity.
  • Comfortable working in various environments, including indoors and outdoors, confined spaces, and at heights.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, carry equipment, and work on ladders safely.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada.
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to learning and professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role.
  • Basic understanding of biology, entomology, or environmental science.
  • Familiarity with handheld technology or mobile applications for record-keeping.
