Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and potential entry points.
- Implement pest management solutions using approved methods, equipment, and environmentally responsible products.
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies, proper sanitation, and safe practices for long-term control.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of services performed, products used, and client interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction professionally.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines, industry standards, and environmental regulations.
- Manage and maintain company equipment and assigned vehicle in good working order and cleanliness.
- Participate actively in ongoing training sessions and professional development to stay current with best practices.
Required Skills
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently, manage a daily schedule, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail to identify pest activity.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including indoors and outdoors, confined spaces, and at heights.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, carry equipment, and work on ladders safely.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to learning and professional growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role.
- Basic understanding of biology, entomology, or environmental science.
