Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and update of training materials, presentations, and resources.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and induction programs, including booking venues and managing invitations.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading content, managing user access, and generating reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, participant attendance, and feedback.
- Support the evaluation of training program effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and feedback analysis.
- Conduct research on new training methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance learning experiences.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and L&D team, including preparing reports and managing correspondence.
- Assist in conducting training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand specific training requirements and tailor programs accordingly.
- Facilitate parts of training sessions or workshops under supervision, gaining valuable delivery experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
