Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Site Supervisor with daily operational tasks, including site setup, coordination, and closure procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and organized site records, logs, and documentation, ensuring all project files are up-to-date.
  • Support the coordination of trades, suppliers, and deliveries under the direct supervision of the Site Supervisor.
  • Monitor adherence to site safety protocols and immediately report any potential hazards or concerns.
  • Aid in tracking project progress, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
  • Help prepare progress reports, daily logs, and other administrative documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Learn and uphold project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the Site Supervisor, project teams, and subcontractors.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required to support efficient site operations.
  • Participate in site meetings, take detailed minutes, and assist in distributing relevant information.
  • Assist with site clean-up and organization to maintain a professional and safe working environment.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in basic office software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Valid G driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Basic knowledge of construction safety regulations.
