Job Description

Hiring.zycto is actively seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Partnership Manager to join our growing team. As a Partnership Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with key partners across various sectors, aligning with our overarching business objectives. You will own the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and negotiation to onboarding, ongoing management, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies and go-to-market plans.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance, identifying areas for optimization and growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to ensure successful partnership activation and ongoing support.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform partnership strategy.
  • Represent Hiring.zycto at industry events, webinars, and conferences (virtually or in-person as required).

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or channel sales.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and remote collaboration tools.
