Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior maintenance staff with routine repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Perform general upkeep duties, including cleaning common areas, removing debris, and ensuring a tidy workspace.
- Support the setup and breakdown of equipment or materials as required.
- Monitor facilities for potential hazards or maintenance needs and report findings promptly.
- Learn to operate and maintain various tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Respond to minor repair requests, such as changing lightbulbs, patching small holes, or adjusting simple fixtures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and supply inventories.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
