Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain advanced telecommunications networks, including fiber optic, wireless (LTE, 5G), IP, and VoIP systems.
- Conduct site surveys, assess existing infrastructure, and prepare detailed technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Perform network performance monitoring, analysis, and optimization to ensure high availability and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex telecommunications issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and deliver comprehensive communication solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in IP networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS)
- Experience with fiber optic network design and deployment
