Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a comprehensive training program covering quality control principles, inspection methods, and documentation.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products according to established specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize basic measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges accurately after training.
- Document inspection results thoroughly and accurately, maintaining detailed records of tested parts and materials.
- Identify and report non-conforming materials or products, collaborating with senior inspectors and production teams to address issues.
- Assist in the identification of root causes for quality discrepancies and support corrective actions.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and quality management system procedures.
