Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products.
- Learn and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Shadow experienced supervisors to understand workflow optimization, inventory management, and quality control processes.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Help prepare documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) after proper certification and training.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues in warehouse operations.
- Support the training and onboarding of new warehouse associates as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team culture.
