Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving furniture, setting up decorations, and arranging equipment.
  • Greet guests warmly, provide directions, and assist with registration or check-in processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving minor issues professionally.
  • Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to event guidelines.
  • Support various operational tasks as directed by Event Managers or Coordinators, such as serving refreshments, managing crowd flow, or distributing materials.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other staff to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Be proactive in identifying and addressing potential challenges or guest needs.
  • Assist with post-event cleanup and inventory of materials.

  • Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally)
