Hiring.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Pre-Sales Consultant to join our growing remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and technical requirements.
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and technical proposals tailored to client needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Hiring.zycto's product suite, providing technical guidance and answering complex questions during the sales process.
- Collaborate with sales executives to strategize on account penetration and sales cycle acceleration.
- Prepare and respond to RFIs/RFPs, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, establishing credibility and trust.
- Provide feedback to product management and engineering teams based on market needs and client interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product features.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars as a representative of Hiring.zycto.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting role for enterprise software.
- Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and methodologies.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to perform in-depth technical product demonstrations.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or company events (up to 10-15%).
