Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers, present menus, and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system and relay them efficiently to the kitchen/barista station.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Serve food items, pastries, and snacks to customers in a timely and presentable manner.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, process payments, and manage the till.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including tables, counters, equipment, and dining areas.
- Restock inventory, ensure display cases are appealingly arranged, and monitor stock levels.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints politely and efficiently, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
