As a Key Holder Trainee, you will be immersed in all aspects of store operations, learning the essential skills required to confidently open and close the store, manage cash, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Shadow and assist senior Key Holders and management in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, alarm setting, and daily reconciliation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, actively engaging with shoppers, assisting with product inquiries, and resolving minor customer concerns.
- Learn and effectively operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards under guidance.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise deliveries.
- Support inventory management tasks, including stock counts and product placement.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management, reporting issues and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
