Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct incoming calls and correspondence in both English and French, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Greet clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming first impression.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports in both English and French.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and updating databases.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in French (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
