Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program to understand all facets of warehouse operations.
- Assist experienced Lead Associates with daily tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.
- Learn to operate various material handling equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, potentially forklifts after certification).
- Support inventory management through accurate counting, cycle counts, and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet operational deadlines.
- Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
