Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured training program to understand all facets of warehouse operations.
  • Assist experienced Lead Associates with daily tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.
  • Learn to operate various material handling equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, potentially forklifts after certification).
  • Support inventory management through accurate counting, cycle counts, and documentation.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet operational deadlines.
  • Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training sessions.
