Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and load/unload packages and freight from vehicles and conveyor belts.
- Safely move packages, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling, weighing up to 70 lbs (32 kg) with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Utilize handheld scanners to track package movements and ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Inspect packages for damage and report any issues to supervisors.
- Adhere to strict timelines and performance standards to ensure efficient package flow.
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as required to support overall operations.
- Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance, as reliability is crucial for our operational success.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads diligently and effectively.
