Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Learn and accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing our POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for service.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a positive and helpful attitude.
