Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and product quality across all outlets.
- Develop, implement, and monitor F&B budgets, cost controls, and revenue generation strategies to achieve financial targets.
- Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate a diverse team of F&B staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu engineering, seasonal offerings, and ingredient sourcing, emphasizing local products.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relations to ensure optimal stock levels and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as state and local liquor licensing laws.
- Implement and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, proactively responding to feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Plan, organize, and execute successful special events, banquets, and catering functions.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Maintain the physical condition of F&B areas, equipment, and storage to ensure operational readiness and aesthetic appeal.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management, preferably in a full-service restaurant or hotel environment.
- Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Proven leadership abilities with extensive experience in team building, training, and performance management.
- Exceptional knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and alcoholic beverage regulations.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software (e.g., Aloha, Toast, Micros).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business demands.
- A profound passion for high-quality food, beverages, and delivering outstanding guest service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Sommelier or Cicerone certification.
