Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and work surfaces.
- Assist with basic kitchen cleanup tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash and recycling.
- Ensure proper storage of all clean items in designated areas.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and regulations.
- Report any malfunctioning equipment or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed.
- Support the culinary team by keeping the kitchen environment clean and operational.
