Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of public sector programs, policies, and data.
- Develop strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency, policy effectiveness, and service delivery for government and non-profit clients.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and policy briefs for diverse stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with client teams and internal consultants to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of policy initiatives and program outcomes using established metrics.
- Research best practices in public administration and policy to inform client strategies.
- Assist in stakeholder engagement activities, including interviews, workshops, and focus groups.
- Contribute to proposals and business development efforts for new public sector projects.
- Ensure all analysis and recommendations adhere to relevant legal and ethical standards.
Required Skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
