Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entry and thank them upon departure, providing outstanding service at all times.
- Accurately process all cash, credit, and debit card transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Manage cash floats, ensure proper change is given, and reconcile daily transactions at the end of shifts.
- Assist customers with menu inquiries, provide recommendations, and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all cash handling procedures, company policies, and food safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service or cash handling role.
