Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior superintendents in daily site operations and project coordination.
- Learn and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures on site.
- Monitor construction progress and report on scheduling and budget adherence.
- Help coordinate and communicate with various trades and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and other project documentation.
- Participate in site meetings, taking notes and contributing insights.
- Assist in quality control inspections to ensure work meets project specifications.
- Support site cleanup and organization efforts to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
- Undergo comprehensive training on construction drawings, specifications, and building codes.
Required Skills
