Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting on wind turbine mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Execute preventative maintenance tasks as per schedule to ensure optimal turbine performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, utilizing specialized tools and diagnostic software.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies, especially when working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Complete detailed reports and documentation of all inspections, maintenance, and repairs performed.
- Participate actively in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
