Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack items according to order sheets and company standards.
- Verify product quantities and ensure items are free from damage before packing.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling, weighing, and palletizing as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely after receiving training.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand English instructions and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift (up to 20kg), and bend for extended periods.
