Key Responsibilities

- Provide training and guidance to store staff on merchandising principles, display techniques, and brand standards.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in visual merchandising, preferably within a retail environment.
- Exceptional creative flair, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a strong understanding of color, balance, and composition.
- Solid knowledge of retail design principles, product presentation, and customer flow.
- Ability to interpret visual guidelines and adapt them to specific store layouts and product assortments.
