Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for artist releases and catalog initiatives across all digital and traditional channels.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (social media, search, display) and email marketing programs.
- Oversee public relations efforts, media outreach, and secure impactful press coverage for artists.
- Collaborate closely with A&R, creative, sales, and artist management teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and messaging.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance data to identify opportunities and inform future strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on all expenditures.
- Spearhead content strategy and creation, working with internal and external partners to develop engaging visual and audio assets.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Foster strong relationships with digital platforms, media partners, and influencers.
- Identify and implement innovative marketing technologies and tactics to reach new audiences.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in music marketing, preferably within a record label, music publisher, or artist management company.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
