Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service and support for all banking needs.
- Process a wide range of financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments.
- Assist clients with opening new accounts, updating existing account information, and resolving account-related issues.
- Identify client needs and proactively recommend suitable banking products and services, such as loans, investments, and digital banking solutions.
- Educate clients on various banking technologies and self-service options to enhance their banking experience.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct.
