Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and accurately sort incoming packages and materials.
- Scan and track inventory using handheld devices to maintain precise records.
- Organize products within the warehouse according to established procedures.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by consolidating, packing, and labeling packages.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity and quality goals.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
