Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers on arrival and build immediate rapport to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits relevant to individual customer requirements.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to test drive, negotiation, and final paperwork.
- Proactively follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person visits to nurture leads and close sales.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory, pricing, financing options, and current promotions.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey and contribute to positive after-sales experiences.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
