Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough multi-point inspections of various vehicles (e.g., cars, vans, commercial vehicles) according to established protocols and standards.
- Identify and accurately document existing damage, defects, missing parts, and general wear and tear.
- Utilize handheld devices and digital systems to record inspection findings, capture photographic evidence, and generate detailed reports.
- Perform basic checks on fluid levels, tyre pressure, lights, and general vehicle condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all inspection processes.
- Communicate findings clearly and concisely to relevant teams or management.
