This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to master a timeless craft, contribute to tangible structures, and build a lasting career in the vibrant construction industry.
As a Bricklayer Trainee, you will embark on a structured learning journey under the guidance of our seasoned professionals. You’ll learn the art and science of bricklaying, from preparing sites and mixing mortar to laying bricks, blocks, and stone with precision and artistry. Our program is designed to transform enthusiastic beginners into skilled craftspeople, covering everything from safety protocols and tool usage to advanced masonry techniques and blueprint reading. You don’t need prior experience in bricklaying; we’re looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for hands-on work and building things that endure.
This role offers more than just technical training; it’s an immersive experience in teamwork, problem-solving, and the satisfaction of seeing your efforts culminate in beautiful, sturdy structures. You will be an integral part of our project teams, working on diverse sites across Woodmont Triangle and the wider Bethesda area. We are committed to fostering an environment where continuous learning is encouraged, and your professional growth is our priority. If you’re physically fit, eager to learn a valuable trade, and aspire to be part of a company that values quality and craftsmanship, then this is the perfect opportunity to kickstart your career. Join Hiring.zycto and help us build the future, one brick at a time.
