As a Fabricator with training provided, you will embark on a journey of learning and development under the guidance of our experienced professionals. Your training will cover everything from interpreting complex blueprints and technical drawings to safely operating state-of-the-art machinery such as saws, drills, grinders, and various welding equipment. Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in and complete all aspects of our comprehensive fabrication training program.
  • Learn to interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
  • Develop proficiency in operating a variety of fabrication tools and machinery, including saws, drills, grinders, and welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick).
  • Accurately measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials such as metal, plastic, and composites.
  • Perform quality checks on finished components to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
  • Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading as needed.
