Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in and complete all aspects of our comprehensive fabrication training program.
- Learn to interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Develop proficiency in operating a variety of fabrication tools and machinery, including saws, drills, grinders, and welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick).
- Accurately measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials such as metal, plastic, and composites.
- Perform quality checks on finished components to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
- Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading as needed.
