Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough visual inspections of incoming and outgoing products for quality, damage, and accuracy.
- Verify product quantities against packing slips, invoices, and order forms.
- Identify and document any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues according to established company procedures.
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions immediately to the Quality Control Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and operational guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and organization as needed to maintain stock accuracy.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely after proper training and certification.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle discrepancies or defects.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and commitment to team goals.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Basic physical ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 25 lbs), and bend regularly throughout a shift.
