Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a comprehensive training program focused on Electric Vehicle (EV) technology, safety, and diagnostics.
- Perform routine service, maintenance, and inspections on electric vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify and troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues in EV systems.
- Execute repairs on high-voltage battery systems, electric motors, charging components, and related EV infrastructure.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, especially concerning high-voltage systems and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Document all services performed, diagnoses, and repairs accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with team members and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.
- Stay current with emerging EV technologies, service bulletins, and training opportunities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
