Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process returned merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Verify product condition against return documentation and log discrepancies.
- Sort and categorize returned items for restock, repair, or liquidation based on company policies.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack) safely after receiving proper training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform data entry to update inventory systems with return information.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and audits as needed.
- Identify and report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
- Package and label items for storage or shipment according to established guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory management.
