Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality Android applications using Kotlin/Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to optimize application performance.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation standards.
- Stay up-to-date with new mobile technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, share knowledge, and mentor junior developers.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure application stability and reliability.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Android Developer (minimum 4 years).
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java programming languages.
- Deep understanding of the Android SDK, different Android versions, and how to deal with various screen sizes and device fragmentation.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX standards, design patterns, and material design guidelines.
- Experience with version control tools, specifically Git.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
