Job Description

You will be the architect of experiences, leveraging technology and creative thinking to connect our team members, regardless of their physical location. From crafting onboarding journeys that make new hires feel immediately integrated, to developing ongoing recognition programs that celebrate success, and orchestrating virtual social events that build genuine camaraderie, your impact will be broad and deeply felt. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into tangible engagement initiatives, measure their effectiveness through quantitative and qualitative data, and continuously adapt strategies based on employee feedback and evolving remote work trends. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive employee engagement strategies and programs tailored for a remote workforce.
  • Manage and optimize employee feedback mechanisms, including surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one check-ins, to identify key engagement drivers and areas for improvement.
  • Plan and execute virtual team-building events, recognition programs, and cultural initiatives that foster connection and celebrate achievements.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to integrate engagement initiatives with talent management, onboarding, and internal communication strategies.
  • Analyze engagement data, prepare reports, and present findings to leadership with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a champion for company culture, promoting our values and ensuring a positive and inclusive remote work environment.
  • Research and implement best practices in remote employee engagement, staying ahead of trends and innovative solutions.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in developing and executing employee engagement programs, specifically in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Proficiency with engagement platforms, HRIS, and communication tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
  • Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Empathy and a deep understanding of employee needs and motivations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) or Employee Engagement.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced technology or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with various survey tools (e.g., Culture Amp, Qualtrics).
