Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-leading platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Create detailed process design documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD).
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing RPA bots, ensuring optimal performance and resolving issues promptly.
- Implement best practices for RPA development, including security, scalability, and reusability.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on newly implemented automation solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest RPA technologies, tools, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in at least one major RPA platform (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Strong programming skills in languages such as .NET (C# or VB.NET), Python, or Java.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
