Key Responsibilities
- Greet all individuals entering the facility in a friendly and professional manner.
- Conduct non-invasive health screenings, including temperature checks using contactless thermometers.
- Administer health questionnaires and symptom assessments accurately based on provided scripts.
- Provide clear, concise instructions to individuals regarding screening procedures and next steps.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all health information in accordance with privacy regulations.
- Document screening results and relevant information precisely and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Direct individuals to appropriate areas or personnel based on screening outcomes.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and sanitized screening area throughout your shift.
- Escalate any concerns or unusual screening results to supervising medical staff promptly.
